Company Description:

We are a rapidly expanding organization seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to develop and oversee our financial operations. We require a strategic thought-leader who can create and manage our finance department from scratch, ensuring compliance with local and international financial regulations, and driving profitability through cost-efficient strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the company’s financial strategy, aligning it with the company’s overall objectives.
  • Set up a robust finance department, establishing financial systems, procedures, and controls.
  • Perform an annual audit as a Chartered Accountant, ensuring all financial transactions are accurate, and regulatory requirements are met.
  • Handle the submission of invoices and returns on the FBR or other applicable government tax portals.
  • Work closely with sales and procurement teams to align sale prices with international procurement rates, ensuring cost efficiency and competitiveness.
  • Efficiently manage company financial records using QuickBooks.
  • Forecast, analyze, and present financial trends and reports to the board and stakeholders.
  • Oversee all financial operations including budgeting, financial forecasting, cash flow, payroll, and negotiations with key partners and vendors.

Qualifications:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) with a minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior financial managerial position.
  • Proficient in the use of QuickBooks and other accounting software.
  • Proven experience in setting up and managing a finance department independently.
  • Demonstrated experience in the preparation and submission of invoices and returns on FBR or other government tax portals.
  • Strong understanding of the financial regulations, tax structures, and accounting principles.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement financial and strategic plans.
  • Strong analytical, decision-making, and management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with various departments and levels of management.
